If your practice has a subscription to Automio already, you have everything you need to get started right now. Just follow these steps. If you’d like some assistance, please schedule a call or email us. We’re always happy to help!
If your practice doesn’t have a subscription to Automio, you will need to arrange one to access our documents and tools. Please schedule a call or email us for assistance.
Check out the marketplace or the Support Legal Store. Select the documents and tools that you’d like to rebrand and add them to your Automio dashboard.

Here’s where you’ll use a little strategy to set up your rebranded documents to suit your legal solution.
Add your branding, adjust the product descriptions and set your prices.
Set up your practice’s interview and output themes in Automio. This will change the branding of the interview and the documents.
You can also change the product description. We suggest that you add links for related documents under the ‘See Also’ heading to the other documents on your dashboard. That way the documents with your branding will be used.
Set the price as $0 to have the fee charged to your business. This works well for the with Review Included documents that are used by sharing a link with your clients or through a section on your website that is available exclusively to your clients. You may then decide to absorb the fee or charge it to the client as a disbursement.
Otherwise, set the price to the amount that you’d like paid before the person can start the interview. The fees will be deducted from the amount paid and you’ll receive the remainder as an additional income for your practice.

Publish the document and use the links provided to integrate our documents and tools into your legal solutions however you’d like. Just be sure to encourage your clients to obtain legal advice when needed.
Perhaps you can complete the interview for a document yourself or in a meeting with a client? Perhaps share a link to an interview for a client to complete at any time on any device, and have the document sent to you for review?
For something extra, you could unleash the power of automation on your practice. Check out the new Automio API, try out workflow automation software like Zapier or Flow and discuss the possibilities with your IT support person.
