How does it work?

Our automated documents use Automio software. Your practice will need to obtain a subscription to access our documents and tools from the marketplace or the Support Legal Store. Schedule a call or email us to make the arrangements.
Set up how you’d like to manage new notifications and documents. See our How to Set Up Notifications and Documents resource for guidance. Your IT support person can assist.
Add Support Legal documents to your Automio dashboard as resale documents. Access them through the marketplace or the Support Legal Store.
Add your branding, adjust the product descriptions and set your prices.
Set up your practice’s interview and output themes in Automio. This will change the branding of the interview and the documents.
You can also change the product description. We suggest that you add links for related documents under the ‘See Also’ heading to the other documents on your dashboard. That way the documents with your branding will be used.
Set the price as $0 to have the fee charged to your business. This works well for the with Review Included documents that are used by sharing a link with your clients or through a section on your website that is available exclusively to your clients. You may then decide to absorb the fee or charge it to the client as a disbursement.
Otherwise, set the price to the amount that you’d like paid before the person can start the interview. The fees will be deducted from the amount paid and you’ll receive the remainder as an additional income for your practice.
